I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the centre of town. Everything was within walking distance, and I especially loved that it was just a block from the main plaza.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location was good and the room was clean and comfortable.
The service was very off hand. I was quite surprised that there was noone at the b and b when we arrived (around lunchtime) and when we phoned we were directed to let ourselves in (and given the entry code over the phone) and make our way to what turned out to be the wrong room (where other guests were staying - we found out our mistake after letting ourselves in to their room using a master key we found in reception). We then found an empty room which we claimed and the owners phoned back 20 minutes or so later to confirm that this was correct, but overall the service wasn't very impressive and it felt a bit insecure.

Good location
Problem with hot and cold water. On one day no cold water, on the second day no hot water!

Great value for money with a smart bathroom, comfortable beds, and good air-con. The location is unbeatable with a great buzz and hum at Via Roma and Piazza Archimedes just 20 paces away. The breakfast served typical B&B foods like fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, ham, cheese. The staff were very accommodating and had limited English but still tried their best to help with any queries.
The rooms were cramped and there was a problem with the shower causing hot water to come and go, which was reported to the owner but not fixed effectively. It was also a little bit noisy at night due to the proximity to the street.

Good location, the room and facilities conform to the price.
A small window of our room looked to the balcony full of hotels' external equipment of air conditioners and various brooms and brushes , we definetely did not like this 'view'.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great and the room is big, clean and cosy with sunshine. With wifi inside the room is really pratical. The breakfast is good and various.

the B&B is very comfortable, very good breakfast and nice people.
the B&B has no lift, and this is not proper for aged people

This hotel is ideally located, right in the centre of town, close to everything, just a block from the main plaza. the rooms are well-kept and the recently renovated bathrooms are clean. Breakfast is served on a charming outdoor terrace. Guests can enjoy outstanding food and a delightful cafe in the new Armani centre nearby.
The hotel's facade leaves much to be desired and is located in a derelict area with a few closed-down B&Bs and abandoned palazzos, which may not be appealing to some guests.

This bed and breakfast was correct for the price we paid. It's not the nicest Ever But room and private bathroom were cleaned and facilities like location, breakfast and wifi were all right.
It was not a big deal But nobody was in the reception when we DID checkout and we were not sure about how to do things.

sightseeing in the local area. Central location made easy access to places of interest
breakfast selection disappointing. Nobody there when we arrived early afternoon though note said staffed at that time so it wasn't a good start. Fortunately carrying mobile phone so was able to make contact and someone came. Another visitor had same experience. Not a good welcome

Comfortable, excellent location
Wasted hours trying to get in. No answer at door, nor on phone numbers given. Eventually someone phoned back and gave us front door access code and room number. All highly impersonal. No human representative at the hotel until next morning.
